排球扣球队员的视知觉探析

摘　　要：从心理学中的视觉构成因素入手 ,阐述了从视觉的敏度、视觉反应时间、注意的广度、视觉深度以及视野等方面提高扣球队员扣球效果的方法 ;通过对扣球过程中影响视觉因素的分析探讨了阻碍视觉能力提高的原因 ,从心理学的角度提出了扣球时应注意的问题和训练方法。This paper expounds the psychological methods to improve the level when volleyball players smash a ball.It starts with visual factors,including visual susceptibility,visual reaction time,visual scope and visual depth.Moreover,it analyses the factors which affect vision during the smashing course and points out the causes which hinder the visual improvement.From this point of view,it advances the problems and training methods that should be noticed,so as to improve the smashing level in actual matches.
