沙滩原地纵跳与硬地原地纵跳动力学机制的比较研究

摘　　要：运用三维测力台 ,对我国 12名沙滩女子排球运动员进行了沙滩和硬地 2种介质上原地起跳的动力学测试。结果表明 ,沙滩原地纵跳和硬地原地纵跳的起跳用力方式相同 ,但动力学机制存在显著性差异 。By using the three dimension test force platform,the author makes an analysis on dynamic test of jumping on the beach and floor for 12 elite beach volleyball players.The result shows that motion way of original place jump on the beach is similar to the jump on the floor,but the former dynamic figure characteristics is remarkably different from the latter.It is the important dynamic reason to raise the jumping height throgh beach volleyball training.
