摘　　要：随着“跑步式”过栏技术被大多数运动员和教练员掌握和接受 ,跨栏跑的技术外形及内涵都有了较大的变化 ,传统的教学方法与现代跨栏跑技术的教学已不相适应。本文在研究的基础上 ,提出了现代技术与教学实际较适应的教学方法。The form and kernl of clearance stride have been changed along with advanced running style accepted and mastered by most of coaches and athletes.The traditional teaching methods have not been seasoned with the modern technique on hurdles.Based on research,the essay brings forward several new methods which adapt the modern technique and the teaching practice.
