评中共“八大”对“中国道路”的探索——兼评西方学者对“中国道路”认识的误区

摘　　要：中西学者在对中国社会转换过程中的重大会议中共“八大”的评价上 ,看法相去甚远。中国学者认为 :“八大的召开 ,标志着中国共产党探索中国自己的建设社会主义的道路取得初步成果。”八大的路线是中国共产党人探索中国道路的正确反映。而西方学者则认为 :八大是修改苏联模式的表现 ,其含义是八大没有超出苏联模式的框架 ,而不能称之为中国道路的探索。大跃进和人民公社化运动代替了从苏联引进的发展战略 ,因而是中国寻求自己道路的表现。本文探讨了“中国道路”的涵义 ,指出了西方学者在这一问题上认识的误区 ,同时论述了八大对中国道路探索的特点。There is a great distance between chinese scholars and westem scholars in evaluating the function of the eighth national congress of CPC on the transformation in the chinese society.Chinese scholars consider the eighth congress to be the first result of researching the way of socialist construction and the correct reflection of finding out the chinese way of CPC;but western scholars think the eighth congress as the expression of recorrecting the Soviet Union mode without considered the research of chinese way.This paper discusses the meaning of chinese way,points out the misunderstanding of western scholars on this subject and explains the characters of chinese way researched by the eighth congress.
