摘　　要：普京当选总统意味着俄罗斯社会发展可能进入了一个新阶段。这个阶段将以整顿和调整为核心内容 ,以稳定和发展为目标。普京实行新政可能使俄罗斯社会的发展出现不同于叶利钦时期的某些特征 。Putin elected as a president means that Russian society will possblly enter into a new phase of which the key points are the political consolidation and economic reorganization, and the goals are to achieve social and economic stability and development. Putin's new deal will probably produce some social peculiarities different from those in the Yel'sin's era. Such diversification, with its cumulation and effect, will show a tendency of political and economic development of Russian society.
