摘　　要：本文就我国培养田径英语裁判员的意义、我国田径英语裁判员应具备的素质、和我国培养田径英语裁判员的策略进行了详尽的论述。With the increase of the international athletics competitions held in China, it is a very important measure to cultivate the China's athletic judges who can use English to work in the international events. It can raise the working level of Chinese judge in the international events, make the Chinese athletic judging working confirm to the international rule, and support China's bid for 2008 Olympic Games. The article discusses the magnificent meaning of cultivating Chinese athletic judges who can use English to work in the international competitions held in China, the abilities of being a such kind judge, and put forward the strategy of cultivating the judges.
