摘　　要：作为西班牙历史悠久和具有很大影响的左翼政党，工人社会党对欧洲一体化的政策经历了一个变化和调整的过程。在佛朗哥统治时期，工社党反对西班牙加入欧共体，认为加入有利于独裁政权的巩固。政治转型后，工社党积极支持和推动西班牙重返欧洲。在工社党的不懈努力下，西班牙日益全面地融入欧洲一体化进程，这不但巩固了民主，也使经济快速发展，国际地位显著提高。As a Left -- wing party, which has had a long history and great impact in Spain, the Spanish Socialist Workers Party's policy for European integration has changed since Spain's political transition. During Franco's autocratic rule, the party had opposed joining the EEC, because the membership perferred the consolidation of the regime. However, after the political transition the party has strongly backed pro -European policies. Spanish democracy has been consolidated, and the economy has developed rapidly. Spain's international status the has been greatly improved.
