过碳酸胺的合成及其稳定性研究

摘　　要：以尿素和过氧化氢为原料合成了过碳酰胺,确定了投料比、反应温度、反应时间等工艺条件。并对过碳酰胺的稳定性进行了研究,找到了合适的稳定剂六偏磷酸钠。所得产品活性氧质量分数为16.78%,稳定性较好。进一步研究表明,过碳酰胺的稳定性随受热温度升高、受热时间延长而降低。Percarbamide was prepared with urea and hydrogen peroxide as raw materials. The optimum reaction conditions such as ratio of feedstock, temperature and time of reaction were investigated. The suitable stabilizer was found out and product containing 16.78% active oxygen was obtained. The stability of product decreased when the heating time prolonged or the temperature increased.
