摘　　要：目的 为了提高治疗先天性巨结肠的疗效。方法 采用特制环形夹具进行结肠直肠吻合,并将吻合口移至齿状线上方2.5～3 cm。结果 应用该方法治疗先天性巨结肠14例,术后恢复良好,无明显不良并发症。结论 改良Duhamel根治术基本消除了原术式造成的“闸门”和“盲袋”等并发症,临床应用效果满意,安全实用。Objective To raise the curative effect of congenital megacolon. Methods The colon and rectum were anastomose with special circular fixture and the anastomotic stoma were moved to the place 2. 5-3cm upon the dentate line . Results Fourteen patients treated with this method recovered well after operation without obvious complications. Conclusion Modified Duhamel radical operation basically eliminates the complications of 'gate' and 'caecus bag' and so on. The operation is safe and effective.
