摘　　要：目的 探讨L型细菌肾脏损害的诊断与治疗。方法 对有泌尿系统症状的病人进行中段尿和血液的L型细菌培养。结果 58例患者中,中段尿阳性者50例,血培养阳性者11例;其中大肠杆菌49例,金黄色葡萄球菌9例。结论 及时作L型细菌培养是病原菌学诊断的重要依据,根据药敏试验,选用适宜的抗菌药物是治疗成功的关键。Objective To research the diagnosis and treatment of renal injury by L-form bacteria. Methods Both urine and blood culture were performed for L-form bacteria in patients with urinary infections. Results Among the 58 patients. 50 cases had positive urine culture while positive blood culture in 11. Bacteriological study showed that E coli were frequently seen in 49 cases and staphyococcus were found in only 9 cases. Conclusion The culture of L-form bacteria is very important in bacteriological diagnosis for urinary infections. According to the sensitive test, selection of effective antibiotics and chemotherapeutics will make excellent results.
