双黄连雾化吸入佐治喘憋性肺炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 评价双黄连雾化吸入对喘憋性肺炎的疗效。方法 对120例喘憋性肺炎患儿采用随机分组,双黄连雾化组63例和对照组57例观察治疗前后临床症状和体征及胸部X线的变化。结果 双黄连雾化组在症状和体征缓解方面优于对照组(P<0.01);总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前后胸部X线变化两组无显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论 双黄连雾化吸入佐治喘憋性肺炎安全、有效。Objectiv To evaluate the effect of the Shuang Huanglian inhaled in the gasping pneumonia. Metheds 120 children with gasping pneumonia were divided randomly into control group (n = 57) and study group (n = 63). The clinical features and X-ray changes before and after treatment were observed.Results The clinical symptoms and signs in study group was more oberviously improved than that in control group (P< 0. 01). The total effective rate was also higher than that in control group (P<0. 05). While there was not significant difference in chest X-ray changes between the two groups (P>0. 05). Conclusion The inhalation of Shuang Huanglian is an effective and safe treatment in children with gasping pneumonia.
