摘 要:微束水蒸气等离子弧气流形态与其电弧形态、电弧特性密切相关。文中对水、水 +乙醇及水 +丙酮等不同介质的微束水蒸气等离子弧气流形态、电弧力进行了测试研究。气流形态测试结果表明 ,纯水介质的水蒸气等离子弧的气流扩展率最大 ,水 +丙酮介质的水蒸气等离子弧的气流扩展率最小 ;随着乙醇或丙酮浓度的增加 ,气流的扩展率增大。电弧力的测试结果表明 ,纯水介质的水蒸气等离子弧的电弧力最小 ,水 +丙酮介质的电弧力最大 ;随着乙醇或丙酮浓度的增加 ,电弧力增大。电弧形态、气流形态与电弧力决定了电弧的切割性能 ,在相同条件下 ,水 +丙酮的水蒸气等离子弧切割速度最快 。The gas flow shape of the aqueous vapor micro-plasma arc is related with the arc shape and arc characteristics. The gas flow shape and arc pressure of micro-plasma arc with different medium aqueous vapor are presented. The different mediums are water, aqueous alcohol and aqueous acetone. The results show that water medium arc gas flow expansion rate is the largest, and the aqueous acetone medium arc gas flow expansion rate is the smallest. The gas flow expansion rate is extended with the increase of the consistency of aqueous alcohol or aqueous acetone. The arc pressure of water medium arc is the lowest, and the arc pressure of the aqueous acetone medium arc is the highest. The arc pressure is increased with the increase of the consistency of aqueous alcohol or aqueous acetone. The cutting characteristics depend on the arc shape, gas flow and arc pressure. In same conditions, the cutting speed is the fastest in acetone medium aqueous vapor plasma arc, and the slowest in water medium aqueous vapor plasma arc.
