摘 要:It is reported that the direct electron transfer of hemoglobin (Hb) can be effectively promoted by carbon nanotubes when Hb was immobilized on the surface of the carbon nanotubes modified electrode. The results indicated that the conversion of Hb-Fe(Ⅲ)/Hb-Fe(Ⅱ) is a one-electron coupled one-proton reaction process.
