玻璃酸钠联合关节松动术治疗肩关节周围炎临床研究

摘　　要：目的 :研究玻璃酸钠联用关节松动术治疗肩周炎的临床效果。方法 :70例患者随机分为联合治疗组和玻璃酸钠 (SH)组 ,治疗组 35例采取关节松动术联合应用关节腔SH注射治疗 ;对照组35例单独应用关节腔SH注射治疗。定期观察治疗后两组患者的临床症状、体征及肩关节活动度的改善。结果 :两组治疗效果、治疗次数比较 ,联合治疗组明显优于SH组 ,经统计学处理 ,呈显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :关节松动术联用SH关节腔内注射治疗肩周炎是一种有效的临床治疗措施。Objective: To study the clinical effect of joint mobilization combined with sodium hyaluronate(SH) injection in the treatment of patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis. Methods: Seventy patients were randomly assigned into two groups. The patients of Combined Treatment group (35 cases) were treated by joint mobilization combined with SH injection, the patients of SH group (35 cases) were treated by SH injection into the glenoid cavity only. Meanwhile, the function assessment mearsuring scale of shoulder joint was used to assess the function such as pain and ADL before and after treatment. Results: The clinical effect and treatment times of Combined Treatment group was better than that of SH group ( P <0.05). Conclusion: Joint mobilization combined with SH injection is an effective therapy for patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis.
