塞来昔布治疗关节炎67例

摘　　要：目的 :了解COX 2特异性抑制剂塞来昔布 (西乐葆胶囊 )治疗关节痛的疗效与安全性。方法 :观察 6 7例患者应用塞来昔布治疗前后关节炎状况及患者对关节疼痛评估的VAS分值 ,同时与 4 0例应用其他NSAIDs治疗的关节炎患者进行对照分析。结果 :塞来昔布同其他NSAIDs药在治疗关节痛方面疗效相当 ,均有显著疗效 (P <0 .0 0 1) ,但其消化道副反应较对照组明显减少。Objective: To observe the effect of Celecoxib therapy in arthritis patients. Methods: 67 arthritis patients with Celecoxib therapy and 40 arthritis patients with other NSAIDs therapy were evaluated by the physical examination and questionair before and after the treatment. Their VAS scores of pain were also evaluated. Result: There was no significant difference of therapeutic effect between two groups. Celecoxib group showed less gastrointestinal side effect. Conclusion: Celecoxib therapy has significant therapeutic effect as the other NSAIDs therapy on arthritis patients, with significantly less gastrointestinal side effects.
