摘 要:检测61例烧伤病人伤后不同时间的血浆肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)水平,其中13例同时测定了血浆内毒素(LPS)含量。发现伤后TNF比健康人升高几倍至几十倍(健康人5.5±1.8ng/ml),其升高幅度与感染关系甚密,伴有创面脓毒症时TNF可急剧上升至300ng/ml左右。正常人血浆LPS为0.071±0.026EU/ml,烧伤后即见明显升高,感染愈重,升高愈明显,脓毒症期持续在0.50EU/ml以上,高峰可达1.70EU/ml,其变化规律与TNF相似。提示TNF的增多是促进MOF发生、发展的重要因素。The serum TNF level was measured in 61 burned patients at different times post-burn, and the plasma LPS was simutaneously determined among 13 cases. The mean plasma level of LPS in healthy individuals was 0.071 ±0.026 EU/ml. It was found that TNF level in burned patients was much higher than that in healthy volunteers. The magnitude of elevation was related with the occurrence of infection. The serum TNF level in patients with sepsis elevated about 60 times that of healthy volunteers. The plasma LPS level was also found to be related with the occurrence and severity of infection. Our results suggested that serum TNF and plasma LPS level could serve as important indicators of infection in burned patients.
