首例中国大陆居民艾滋病尸检病例的免疫组化检测

摘　　要：采用免疫组织化学方法对首例中国大陆居民艾滋病尸检病例的脑、肝、肾、心、肺、胰、肠、脾、胸腺、淋巴结和阑尾等组织标本进行了HIV-1gp_(120)和P_(17)抗原检测。结果证实,在脑组织神经胶质细胞和星形细胞、肠上皮细胞、肾小球毛细血管内皮细胞以及淋巴结、脾和胸腺的单核细胞均存有HIV-1抗原。Using the immunohistochemical method with the use of monoclonal antibodies to human immunodeficiency virus i(HIV 1) envelope protein gp!20 and uncleocapsid protein P17, infection of HIV-1 in brain, liver, heart, lung, thymus, spleen, intestine, appendix, kindey, lymph nodes, pancreas tissues from the first case of acquired immunodeficiency syndrome(AIDS) in the Chinese continent were determined. The observations comfirmed the presence of HIV 1 in glial cells and astrocytes of the braid, gut epithelial cells, renal capillaries endotheiial cells, monocytes of lymph nodes, spleen and thymus.
