慢性乙型肝炎血清可溶性L-选择素及细胞间粘附分子-1与肝功能损害的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的 :探讨乙型肝炎患者血清可溶性L -选择素 (L -Selectin)、可溶性细胞间粘附分子 - 1(ICAM -1)水平与肝功能损害的相关性。方法 :应用ELISA法检测 5 0例慢性乙型肝炎和 10例正常人血清可溶性L -Se lectin、ICAM - 1的水平 ,同时检测肝功相关生化指标。结果 :慢性乙型肝炎患者血清L -选择素和细胞间粘附分子 - 1水平均明显高于正常人 ,均与肝功能损害呈不同程度的正相关。结论 :L -选择素和细胞间粘附分子 - 1均参与乙肝病毒感染后的肝功能损害过程 ,血清L -选择素和细胞间粘附分子 -Objective:To study the relationship between the soluble L-Selectin,the soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1(ICAM-1)and liver function in the serum of patients with chronic hepatitis B.Methods: To measure the serum L-Selectin level and ICAM-1 level in 50 patients with chronic hepatitis B,10 healthy controls using an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA).Meanwhile,measuring the liver function.Results:Both the serum L-Selectin and the serum ICAM-1 levels were significantly higher than those in controls, and having the positive relationship with the indexes of liver function injury respectively.Conclusions:Both L-Selectin and ICAM-1 play roles in the process of liver function injury in the chronic hepatitis B.Both the serum levels of them,especially the ICAM-1,in chronic hepatitis B could be deemed as the indexes reflecting the severity of liver function injury.
