摘  要:采用高速摄像技术记录CO2 焊的高速变化的短路过渡物理过程 ,利用计算机数据采集系统通过传感器采集多路信息 ,成功的实现了焊接电弧及熔滴过渡影像与电弧电压和焊接电流波形的同步控制 ,通过对照分析高速摄像所拍的影像和电信号检测法所得的波形关系 ,获得了所反映的焊接短路过渡过程信息 ,分析了CO2 焊短路过渡过程的物理特征 ,提出了CO2 焊短路过渡过程的不同阶段的合理控制方案 ,依此方案进行波控实验。实验结果显示 ,飞溅减少 ,焊缝成形改善。The high-speed changing short-circuiting transfer process in CO 2 arc welding is recorded by high-speed photography. Multi-signal waveforms are sampled by using data-sampling system of computer and corresponding sensors. The problem of the images of the welding arc and metal transfer synchronizing to the waveforms of the arc voltage and welding current is successfully solved. The information of short-circuiting transfer process is obtained by analyzing the relation between the images photographed using high-speed photography and the waveforms sampled using signal testing. The physical nature of short-circuiting transfer process in CO 2 Arc Welding is analyzed. The control project in every phase of short-circuiting transfer process in CO 2 Arc Welding is proposed. On the basis of the control project proposed, the experiment is carried out. The results show that the spatter is sharply reduced and the formation of weld is greatly improved.
