左、右肝管全程剖开的应用解剖

摘　　要：用6个取自新鲜成人尸体的肝脏,注入ABS丙酮溶液制成铸型。另外还解剖了经固定的42例(成人32,儿童10)肝脏标本,测量左、右肝管长度、管径,并观察左、右肝管与肝动脉、门静脉及其分支的关系。提出了左、右肝管全程剖开的手术方法和注意事项。The anatomic relationship between the left, right hepatic duct and adjacent blood vessels should be familiarized, in the operation for the whole-length opening of the left and right hepatic duct. 6 fresh adult livers and 42 formalin fixed livers (adults 32 and children 10) were used in present study. The whole length and the inner-diameter of the left and right hepatic duct as well as the angles between left, right and common hepatic duct were measured. The spatial relationship between the left, right hepatic duct and the left, right hepatic artery, the left, right trunk of portal vein and its branches, were observed. The maneuver and cautions in the operation for whole-length opening of the left and right hepatic duct have been suggested.
