树鼩腺垂体β-内啡肽细胞的免疫细胞化学与免疫电镜研究

摘　　要：用免疫细胞化学和免疫电镜方法,研究了树腺垂体β-内啡肽的细胞,结果表明:β-内啡肽免疫反应阳性的细胞散在分布于垂体前叶,而中间叶则全部细胞都有β-内啡肽免疫反应阳性物质,电镜观察到β-内啡肽免疫反应阳性产物定位于分泌颗粒内的小颗粒上和粗面内质网上.By means of immunocytochemistry and immunoelectronic microscopy,we studied the cells containing β-endorphin of the pituitary gland in seven Tupaia belangeris.The results showed that positive cells of immunoreactivity to β-endorphin antiserum were distributed in anterior lobe and in all cells of the intermediary lobe as well.The electronic microscopic observations showed that the positive products of immunoreactivity to β-endorphin antiserum are located at the small pellets within the secretory granules and scattered on the rough surfaced endoplasmic reticulum.
