摘  要:用透射电镜方法对九只雄性猕猴大脑中动脉中央支脑外近脑段的增龄改变进行了观察,发现该动脉的主要变化有(1)内膜的局限性增厚并向管腔内突出.(2)中膜平滑肌细胞的局部变性和向内膜的侵入.(3)内皮细胞的脱失.显示该动脉随增龄而发生结构上的改变,这些改变为探讨该动脉最易受累的形态学基础、脑血管疾病的病因学以及它们的发病机理提供了形态学资料.In this experiment,nine healthy male rhesus monkeys were used.These animals were devided into three groups:the young group aged from 2~4 years old,adult 10~13 and old 18~22.The central branches (CB) of middle cerebral artery were investigated by transmission electron microscope.The most important aging changes in CB are as fellows:(1) Endothelial cell broke away from the wall.(2) The thickened tunica intima protruded to the lumen in many areas.The protrution was made up of thickened subendothelium,curved intimal elastic lumina,smooth muscle cells (SMC) coming from the tunica media and necrotic masses around the SMC (3) The more intimal SMCs were seen with advancing age.The findings suggested that the ultrastructural changes of CB taken place progressively with advancing age.Our results provided anatomical data for further understanding the etiology and pathogenesis of certain cerebrovascular diseases.
