摘　　要：本文应用体视学方法对甲状腺低功大鼠肾小体微细结构进行了测算.结果表明,甲状腺低功大鼠肾小体平均体积(V)减少,毛细血管体积减少、线密度(Lv)下降、长度减少,但其基膜的调和平均厚度(th)无明显改变.为研究甲状腺低功时肾小体功能的改变提供了形态学依据.The fine structure of renal corpuscles with hypothyroidism in rats was investigated with light and electron microscopy and stereological methods.The restults were as follows:The average volume of renal corpuscles decreased and the volume,the length density and the length of glomerular capillaries decreased as well.However,the harmonic mean thickness of basement membrane of the capillaries was almost the same as that of the control rats.The study provided morphometric evidence for the decreased function of renal corpuscles with hypothroidism.
