狗肾的淋巴流向

摘　　要：解剖观察了33只狗肾淋巴管和局部淋巴结.肾器官外淋巴管分3组:第1、2组起始于肾的头端、尾端、分别注入腹主动脉左侧头端淋巴结、后腔静脉背面头端淋巴结和腹主动脉左侧尾端淋巴结、后腔静脉腹面淋巴结;第3组起于肾门,行于肾蒂内,分别注入腹主动脉左侧中淋巴结和后腔静脉背面淋巴结.此研究为医学动物实验提供了基础资料.Renal lymphatic vessls and topical lymph nodes of 33 dogs were observed.The lymphatic vessls outside the kidneys were divided into three groups.In the first and second group,the lymphatic vessels originated from renal cranial and caudal end,and drained separately to the left cranial lymph nodes of abdominal aorta,the dorsal cranial lymph nodes of posterior vena cava,the left caudal lymph nods of abdominal aprta and the ventral lymph nodes of posterior vena cava.In the third group,the lymphatic vessels which were in the renal pedicle,originated from renal hilus and drained separately to the left middle lymph nodes of abdominal aorta and the dorsal left nodes of posterior vena cava.This study provided basic data for medical animal experiments.
