健康青年人头发表面细胞的扫描电镜观察

摘　　要：作者应用扫描电镜研究了头皮百会穴处10段头发.材料取自甘肃省汉、满、蒙.回、藏族在兰州医学院学习的健康学生.毛干上皮表面的超微结构清楚可见,最外层细胞呈屋顶叠瓦状排列,叠瓦状细胞可以粗略地分为两类.即汉藏类和满蒙回类.五个民族头发的上皮聚类分析不同,从大致轮廓来看,头部百会穴处头发毛干,似与民族的形成有关.10 sections of hair in Baihui point on the scalp were studied with scanning electron microscope.The materials were taken from 10 healthy students studying in Lanzhou Medical College.They are from Han,Mang,Meng,hui,Zang nationalities in Gansu Province.The ultrastructure of the cuticle surface in the hair shaft was distinctly seen.The cells of the outermost layer were in an imbricative arrangement.The imbricative cells could roughly be divided into 2 types,namely,Hang-Zang type and Man-Meng-Hui type.The analysis of cuticle cluster of the hair of the five nationalities showed much difference.Generally speaking,the constitution of the hair shafts in Baihui point on the scalp is related to each nationality,i.e. to the blood relationship.
