摘 要:用免疫细胞化学PAP法对禁水老年大鼠室旁核加压素样神经元的超微结构进行了观察研究.结果显示实验组老年大鼠室旁核加压素样神经元蛋白质的合成功能活跃,表现为粗面内质网丰富,高尔基复合体发达,胞质内神经分泌颗粒增多;随着禁水时间的延长,胞质中神经分泌颗粒渐减少,轴突内神经分泌颗粒增多,并聚集成膨大区域.此外,部分神经元胞体间的细胞间隙变窄,甚至有胞膜并例.此外还对上述结果对禁水时老年大鼠室旁核加压素样神经元的结构与功能进行了讨论.The ultrastructure of the vasopressin-like neurons in the paraventricular nucleus (PVN) of aged rats deprived of water was observed by immunocytochemical PAP method.The results showed the function of the protein synthesis in vasopressin-like neurons was active in the experimental condition.The neurons had abundantly rough endoplasmic reticular,well-developed Golgi apparatus,and increased the neuronsecretory granules (NSGs) in the plasma.As water deprivation lasted longer the NSGs reduced,but they existed int he axon and accumulated into large groups.On the other hand,the extracellular space of some neurons became smaller,and even direct apposition of neuronal membranes was formed.In this paper,the relation of the structure and function in PVN of the aged rats during water deprivation is discussed.
