摘　　要：观察了102例中国人心脏室上嵴,室上嵴由漏斗隔、隔带和壁带组成.漏斗隔长3.09±0.51cm;隔带呈Y形.其主干长2.14±0.58cm,宽1.38±0.33cm.主动脉右窦最高点位于肺动脉右瓣下方,主动脉右窦下缘,在漏斗隔的上方.锥状乳头肌有1～3个,隔缘肉柱可终止于前乳头肌根部、右室前壁或两者.An observation on the supraventricular crest was carried out in 102 hearts.The supraventricular crest consisted of the infundiular septum,the septal band and the parietal band.The infundiular septum was 3.09+0.51cm in length.The septal band appeared in Y-shape.The length of its stock was 2.14±0.58cm,and its width 1.38±0.33cm.The highest point of the right aortic sinus was below the right pulmonary valve and its inferior margin was higher than the inferior margin of the infundiular septum.One to three conical papillary muscles were found.The septomarginal trabecular might attach to the base of the anterior papillary muscle or/and anterior wall of the right ventricle.
