预制混凝土节段梁蒸汽养护工艺的研究

摘　　要：沪闵高架工程预制节段梁采用蒸汽养护的工艺,使混凝土早期强度增长,满足了施工进度要求。文章结合实际,分析了蒸汽养护工艺参数确定的依据,叙述了蒸汽系统的设计,指出了实施和控制蒸汽养护的要点,可供同行参考。The application of steam curing process for precast segmental beams of Humin Elevated Project has increased the early strength of concrete and met the requirements of construction progress. Based on project example, introduced hereby are the analysis on determination of steam curing process parameters, the design of steaming system, and the key points of implement and control for steam curing, for reference of the similar works.
