摘 要:采用等离子光谱仪测定质量分数 99%~ 99 97%氧化钕中 14个稀土杂质 ,选择了仪器的最佳工作条件。在选定条件下 ,14个稀土元素的检出限为 0 14~ 9 8μg/ g ,加标回收率为 86%~ 112 %。在体系中加入一定量乙醇后 ,可改善稀土元素的检出限。方法简单、快速、准确 ,精密度好 。A ICP-AES method for the determination of 14 rare earth impurities in neodymium oxide has been developed.The operation condition of instrument was optimized and the matrix effect was studied.Under the optimized working condition,the detection limits for 14 elements are 0.41-9.8 μg/g.The lower detection limits of rare earth elements were observed in ethanol-water system.The recoveries are in the range of 86%-112%.The method is accurate,rapid and convenient.It has been successfully applied to the determination of rare earth impurities in neodymium oxide samples with satisfactory results.
