摘 要:采用铝基体匹配技术 ,用盐酸和硝酸溶解试样 ,ICP AES法直接测定铝及铝合金中Cu ,Fe ,Mg ,Mn ,Ni,Zn和Ti 7种杂质元素。对盐酸的浓度、铝基体的影响进行了讨论。当样品溶液中铝的含量为 2 5mg/mL时 ,其测定范围为 2 0~ 64 0 0μg/g。回收率为 95 0 %~ 10 6% ,相对标准偏差小于 2 2 %。The sample was dissolved with hydrochloric acid and nitric acid.7 impurity elements,i. e. Cu,Fe,Mg,Mn,Ni,Zn and Ti in aluminium and aluminium alloy were directly determined by ICP-AES with matrix matching .The effects of concentration of hydrochloric acid and aluminum matrix were discussed.For the sample solution containing 2.5 mg/L of aluminium,the range of determination of all impurity elements was from 20 to 6*!400 μg/g and the range of recovery was from 95.0% to 106%.The RSD of the method was less than 2.2%.
