摘 要:分析了海南甘蔗育种场71份常用甘蔗亲本连续5年始花期调查资料。结果表明,亲本的始花期属遗传力较高的性状,广义遗传力达0.7123。亲本的始花期年际间差异在4~55天之间,平均为17天,约75%的品系在20天内,超过30天的仅占8.4%。在杂交季中有必要根据亲本花期变化的实际情况对当年的杂交计划作适当的调整。杂种后代的花期可同时出现双亲的中间型、偏单亲型和超亲型。两个早花亲本杂交的后代,通常早花个体的数量较多。Investigation and analysis on the initial flowering time of 71 sugarcane parents in common use were conducted for five years running at Hainan Sugarcane Breeding Station. The broad sense heritability of initial time of flowering was estimated to be 0.7123. The deviations of flowering dates of the clones among years ranged from 4 to 55 days, with an average of 17days. About 75% of the clones had a range of within 20 days and 8.4% more than 30 days. It is necessary to modify the crossing plans according to flowering status of the parents during the ongoing crossing season. Flowering dates of the hybrids might be that of mid-parent, close to, or earlier than, or later than that of either parent. In general, progeny population from the cross of two early flowering parents would produce more early flowering individuals.
