摘　　要：用65Nb钢制作受力状况复杂、服役条件恶劣和机加工成型难度较大的干壁钉搓丝板,是65Nb钢应用于新型模具的一次尝试,根据不同的服役条件,优选出最佳热处理及表面复合处理工艺.通过组织性能检测分析,探讨了钢的强韧化机制,为65Nb钢的推广应用提供了理论和实践的依据.This paper deals with the application of steel 65Nb to the flat thread rolling dies for drywall screw,which works under the intricate stress and is difficult to be formed.According to work condition of the dies,the proper teatment and complex thermochemical treatment technology are suggested.The mechanism to obtain better strength and toungness is discussed by means of measuring mechanical properties of 65Nb.A theoretical and practical basis for the extended application of die steel 65Nb is provided.
