摘　　要：目的 为了探讨活血化瘀中药在抗Thy-1抗体肾炎中的作用及其机理。方法 利用大鼠抗Thy-1抗体系膜增殖型肾炎模型,以强的松为对照,研究中药补肾活血汤、保肾康对此模型的干扰。并以免疫组化法,观察肾组织中增殖细胞核抗原(proliferating cell nuclear antigen,PCNA)的表达。结果 实验组大鼠24小时尿蛋白定量、血尿程度、肾脏病理改变及系膜区PCNA阳性细胞数的改变均较模型组明显为轻。结论补肾活血汤及保肾康对系膜增殖型肾炎有治疗作用。Objective To explore the therapeutic effects and mechanism of removing blood stasis Chinese herbs on glomerulonephritis due to anti - Thy - 1 antibody. Methods Glomerulonephritis due to anti -Thy - 1 antibody was utilized in rats . As compared with prednisone, the interfering effect of Bushen Decoction and Baoshenkang Tablets on this model was investigated. Paraffin - embedded renal tissue sections of all Wistar rats were examined by using immunohistochemical staining (SP method) with anti - proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) monoclonal antibody (clone PC10). Results Proteinuria and hematuria of treatment groups were alleriated. The pathological damage and PCNA+ cell in tubules and interstitial of treatment groups were less severe in comparison with the control group. ' Conclusion Bushen Decoction and Baoshenkang Tablets have therapeutic effects on the experiment mesangial proliferative glomerulonephritis.
