尿激酶联合川芎嗪治疗肾病综合征并下肢深静脉血栓10例

摘　　要：目的:观察尿激酶联合川芎嗪治疗肾病综合征(NS)并下肢深静脉血栓(DVT)的疗效。方法:10例并发下肢DVT的NS病人,在标准糖皮质激素治疗基础上,采用小剂量尿激酶(20万u)联合川芎嗪(200mg)静脉滴注15d,静脉彩色多普勒观察治疗前后血栓的变化。结果:3例病人血栓完全消失,6例病人血栓部分消退,1例无效。结论:尿激酶联合川芎嗪对NS并发的下肢DVT有较好的疗效。Objective:Observe effect of Urokinase and Ligustrazine therapy for leg deep vein thrombosis (DVT) in the nephrotic syndrome (NS). Methods: For 10 patients with leg deep vein thrombosis in the nephrotic syndrome, they were treated with standard glucocorticoid (predinisone 1mg·kg-1· d-1 ) and accepted with intravenous low dose Urokinase(200000 u · d-1 ) and Ligustrazine ( 200mg · d-1 ) for 15 day. Vein color Doppler observed the change of thrombosis. Results: Thrombosis of 3 case disappeared completely. 6 case disappeared partly. 1 case did not change. Conclusion: Combined Urokinase and Ligustrazine therapy for deep vein thrombosis of lower extremities in the nephrotic syndrome, can obtain better effect.
