反相高效液相色谱法测定乳酸环丙沙星注射液的含量

摘　　要：目的:建立反相高效液相色谱法测定乳酸环丙沙星注射液的含量。方法:采用PurospherRP-18柱,0.025mol/LH_3PO_4溶液(用三乙胺调pH3.0)-乙腈(87:13)为流动相,278nm为检测波长。结果:测得线性范围4-130μg/ml(γ=1.0000),平均回收率为99.3％,RSD为0.8％(n=6)。结论:本法简便、快速、专属性强。Objective: To establish a method for determination of the content of ciprofloxacin lactate injections. Method: Using RP-HPLC with purospher RP-18 as column, 0.025mol/L phosphoric acid (adjused the solution with triethy lamine to PH3.0)-acetonitrile(87: 13)as the mobile phase. Detection wavelength was 278nm. Results: The linear correlation was observed is the range 4-130ug/ml (r=1.0000).The average recovery was 99.3％, RSD=0.8％ (n=6). Conclusion: The method is simple, quick and specific.
