摘  要:目的:采用紫外分光光度法对制霉素中活性组份的含量测定。方法:用乙醚革取赋形剂,制霉素用DMF溶解,再用5%DMF溶液稀释。紫外检测波长306nm。结果:通过实验方法考察,样品浓度每毫升在21-76制霉素单位范围内呈良好的线性关系。回收率为98.8%(n=6)。结论:方法简便,灵敏,准确,可作为该制剂的快速测定方法。Objective: UV spectrophotometry can be applied to determination of active components in nysfungin. Method: Ethyl ether is used as extract ancillary agent. The nysfungin is solvated by DMF. then dilute it with 5%DMF solution. Detection wavelength of 306nm was specified. Results: A methodological survey pointed out there is a good linearity between 21 to 76 of nysfungin units perml. The corresponding average recovery is 98.8% (n=6). Clusion: The method was found to be simple, quick and accurate for determination of nysfungin in its suppositories.
