摘　　要：目的:应用中药中研号复方对感染SIVmac251恒河猴实验观察T淋巴细胞亚群及β2-MG变化。方法:对猴免疫缺陷病毒SIVmac251感染动物实验研究,通过中研号复方对感染动物及治疗后转归影响,检测猴血清β2-MG含量变化及外周血中CD4+T细胞百分数改变,观察中研号对模型动物免疫调节作用。结果:中研号复方能够降低感染动物血清β2-MG含量,并能提高动物CD4+T细胞百分数。结论:中研号对SIV感染动物免疫功能具有保护作用。Purpose Experimet research in the use of Chinese medicine herbs of ZhongYan Ⅱ to treat Simian immunodeficiecy Virus(SIVmac251)infection model.Method:using monoclonal antibody regents to label on CD 4 +T cell in PBMC with indirect immunofluorescence,the percentage analyzed by Flow Cytometry.Serum β 2 microgloblin(β 2 MG) was measured by ELISA method.Result:The infection model of macques by Simian immunodeficency Virus which the percentage CD 4 + T cell number were increased in PBMC and β 2 MG level were decreased by ZhongYan Ⅱ in after treatment.Conclusion:ZY Ⅱ was enhanced effect of immune function on infection of SIVmac model and it was to strengthen the Vital qi the resistance of the infection mokdy as well as its self repairing ability to remove pathogenic factors and recover the health.
