加味地黄汤调理创伤小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞功能及DTH的初步研究

摘　　要：目的:观察加味地黄汤对创伤小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞(M)功能及迟发型超敏反应(DTH)的调理作用。方法:采用手法致小鼠双股骨干单纯性闭合性骨折创伤模型,将小鼠随机分为正常对照组、创伤对照组和创伤治疗组,正常对照组为非造模组,创伤对照组和创伤治疗组造模后,创伤治疗组即灌胃给予加味地黄汤煎剂,正常对照组、创伤对照组分别于相同时间用相同方法给予等体积的冷开水,均于第6d测定免疫指标。结果:创伤对照组小鼠第6d的腹腔Mφ功能和DHT均明显低于正常对照组小鼠水平(P<001),而创伤治疗组小鼠的DTH未受抑制,腹腔Mφ功能与正常对照组相比无显著性差别。结论:加味地黄汤对创伤小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞功能有改善作用。Objective: To observe the rgulating effect of Additional Liuwei Dihuang decoction on the function of peritoneal macrophyte(PMφ)and delayed type hypersensitivity(DTH)of injured mice.Method: Using model mice with close fracture caused by manipulation,we divided 30 mice into three groups randomly.They were normal group,control group and treating group.The mice in normal group were not modeled.After being modeled,the mice in treating group were given Jiawei Dihuang decoction orally.At the same time,the mice in control group and normal group were given the same volume cool boiling water with the same method.The immunal indexes were detected six days later respectively.Result: Compared with the normal group,the function of PMφ and DTH of the mice in the control group declined significantly on the sixth day( P <0.01),nevertheless,the DTH of the mice in the treating group was not inhibited,Further,there was no significant difference of the function of PMφ between the treating group and normal group.
