大鼠红细胞膜钠泵活性与造模实热证、虚热证的关系

摘　　要：目的:观察“实热证”、“虚热证”造模大鼠红细胞膜钠泵活性与机体能量代谢变化的关系。方法:采用红细胞溶血液细胞膜钠泵活性试剂盒测定法测定“实热证”、“虚热证”造模组大鼠及实热、虚热治疗组大鼠钠泵活性。结果:“虚热证”大鼠红细胞膜钠泵活性与正常大鼠相比无显著性差异,但与“实热证”大鼠相比活性显著下降(P<0001);而“实热证”大鼠钠泵活性与正常大鼠相比不仅显著增高(P<0001),且经清热解毒中药治疗后有下降趋势(P<005)。结论:大鼠红细胞钠泵在中医热证不同证型造模中活性有所不同,其中实热证与机体能量代谢变化趋势呈正相关。Objective:To observe the connexion of sodium pump activity in erythrocyte membrane of mice pattern between heat of excess type and fever of deficiency type and energy metabolism change of functional.Method:The sodium pump activity in rat between heat of excess type and fever of deficiency type and therapeutic type was tested by kit of sodium pump activity of blood cytolysate membrane.Result:There wasn't change of sodium pump activity in erythrocyte membrane in fever of deficiency type,whereas sodium pump activity increased significantly in heat of excess type in rat ( P <0 001),as compared with those in normal rats(by injection of normal saline).After administration of heat clearing and detoxifying drug,the sodium pump activity decreased in heat of excess type in rat ( P <0 05),with comparison of the mice pattern.But sodium pump activity decreased significantly in fever of deficiency type in rat ( P <0 001),with comparison of heat of excess type.Conclusion:Experimental results indicate there was a difference of sodium pump activity in erythrocyte membrane in rat between heat of excess type and fever of defiicency type,and there was positive correlation tendecy between heat of excess type and energy metabolism cheange of functional.
