温补肾阳方对去卵巢大鼠骨质疏松症的治疗作用

摘　　要：目的 :探讨温补肾阳方对骨质疏松症的治疗作用。方法 :以卵巢切除所致的骨质疏松大鼠为动物模型 ,采用骨组织形态计量学方法测定胫骨 TBV%、TRS%、TFS%、AFS%、MAR、BFR、OWS和 m AR。结果 :大鼠切除卵巢后 ,胫骨 TBV%显著降低 ,TRS%以及 TFS%、AFS%、MAR、BFR、OWS和 m AR均显著增高 ,从而表明卵巢切除所造成的是一种骨吸收大于骨形成的高转换型骨质疏松症。给大鼠灌服温补肾阳方后 ,能使上述情况发生逆转 ,即能使 TBV%显著增高 ,使 TRS%以及 TFS%、AFS%、MAR、BFR、OWS和m AR均显著降低 ,并能使之降低到与正常大鼠相当的水平。结论 :温补肾阳方对骨质疏松症具有良好的治疗作用。Objective:To study effect of treatment of the prescription for warming and recuperating the Kidney\|Yang on osteoporosis.Method:the ovariectomy\|induced osteoporosis rat model was adopted.TBV%,TRS%,TFS%,AFS%,MAR,BFR,OWS and mAR in shankbone were measured by bone histomorphometry.Result:After rats have been spaied,TBV% in sharkbone redueed markedly,but FRS%,TFS%,AFS%,MAR,BFR,OWA and mAR heightened markendly.It shows the osteoporosis induced by ovariectomy is that of high transformation type which bone absorption is higher than bone formation.After the osteoporosis rats have been taken with the prescription for warming and recuperating the Kidney\|Yang,TBV% in sharkbone heightened markedly,and FRS%,TFS%,AFS%,MAR,BFR,OWS and mAR reduced markendly.Conclusion:The prescription for warming and recuperating the Kidney\|Yang can treat ostoporosis.
