应用光—色素法动脉血栓模型研究养阴益气活血冲剂的抗血栓作用

摘　　要：目的 :应用光—色素法动脉血栓模型研究养阴益气活血冲剂的抗血栓作用。方法 :给予大鼠分别灌服阿司匹林与不同剂量的养阴益气活血冲剂 7d后。采用光——化学法活体血栓生成模型 ,记录各组动脉血栓栓塞时间。结果 :养阴益气活血冲剂大、中剂量组具有显著延长血栓形成时间。结论Purpose: Apply method of fluorescence Pigment to make thrombus model on artery to study the anti thrombotic function of Yang Yin Yi Qi Huo Xue Medicinal Granules(YYHG).Method:After 7 days when vary dosage of aspirin and YYHG were poured and taken to big rat, adopt method of fluorescence Chemistry to build model what alive body was come into being thrombus, then to record the time about various group of thrombus embolism on artery. Result: Big and medium dosage group of YYHG possess prolong the thrombotic time notable. Conclusion:Relatively big dosage of YYHG possess the antithrombotic function.
