摘　　要：The spectral properties of the glutaraldehyde-treated phycobilisomes were studied. The results showed that glutaraldehyde was effective in preventing phycobilisomes from dilution- induced dissociation and preserving the intra-phycobilisomes energy transfer.The spectral properties of the glutaraldehyde-treated phycobilisomes were studied.
