摘  要:运用高温金相显微镜观察研究了白口铸铁网状共晶碳化物的断网问题.试验结果表明,网状共晶碳化物的断网主要发生在网状连接的薄弱部位,因而热处理时的断网效果与原始共晶碳化物的形貌密切相关.这一结论对利用热处理提高白口铸铁强韧性具有指导意义.The breakup of the eutectic carbide network in white cast iron was observed and investigated by means of a high temperature microscope.It was clearly demonstrated that the breakup of the carbide network predominantly occurred at those weakly connected parts in the network.Thus the effect of the breckup during heat treating was closely related to the as-cast morphology of the eutectic carbide.The significance of this drawn conclusion was discussed in order to raise the strength and toughness of white cast iron by heat treatment.
