摘　　要：与低温淬火低温回火和等温淬火等热处理工艺比较,Cr12MoV钢经预淬等温处理所得到的力学性能更加优越.在保证足够的硬度、强度基础上,韧性得到明显改善,有效地提高了齿形冷作模具的使用寿命;并就预淬等温处理的强韧化机理进行了讨论.The mechanical properties of Cr12MoV steel treated by prequenching-isothermal technology are better than those teated by low temperature quenching-low temperature tempering or isothermal quenching.Especially the toughness is improved clearly under the hardness and strength keeping high enough.So that the service life of tooth-shape cold work mould is prolonged.The strengthening and toughening mechanism is also discussed in this paper.
