摘  要:分析电镀锌钢板的成形特性 ,包括镀层对力学性能和成形极限的影响 ,镀层损伤行为以及摩擦系数和润滑剂粘度的关系等。结果表明 ,电镀纯锌层对钢板的力学性能和成形极限影响很小。随着运动粘度的增加 ,电镀锌钢板的摩擦系数逐渐降低。与合金化镀层相比 ,电镀纯锌镀层更易随基板变形 。The increasing application of electro-galvanized steels highlights the urgent need for work in these areas in relation to both the formability and stamping technology. The formability of electro-galvanized steel is analyzed in this paper, including effect of zinc coating on mechanical properties and forming limit, zinc damage characteristics and relationship between the coefficient of friction and viscosity of lubricant. It is shown that electro-zinc coatings have little influence to mechanical properties and forming limit of sheet steel. With the increase of viscosity of lubricant, the coefficient of friction of EG sheet steel decrease. Compared with galvannealed coating, zinc coating is much easier to deform with the substrate, so that the cracks occur later and less.
