双向复合应力场挤管模及其增强效果的研究

摘  要:为了提高塑料管材的强度 ,尤其是周向强度 ,特设计制造了双向复合应力场挤管模具。用该模具生产了低含量 (仅 3% )短玻纤增强的HDPE/PP管材 ,并对这些管材的轴向和周向强度进行了测试分析。实验结果表明 ,该模具能同时较好地实现低含量 (仅 3% )In order to improve the strength of plastic pipes, especially their circular strength, double-compound-stress-field pipe-extrusion mould was designed and produced. Low percentage (only 3%) of short glass fiber (SGF) reinforced HDPE/PP pipes were manufactured by this mould. The axial and circular tensile strength of these pipes were tested and analyzed too. It was found that the axial and circular tensile strength of these pipes manufactured by this mould were improved at the same time.
