摘　　要：本研究通过对18株 Hp 在改良的 Hp 鸡蛋培养基和多种条件下的液体培养,观察到 Hp 的部分变异规律及3株球形体 Hp 在室温下的返祖,研究提示 Hp 可在室温下繁殖,球形体可在室温下返祖,Hp 的球形变在其 Hp 的感染和治疗后的复发中起重要作用。Helicobacter pylori(Hp)is easy transform from bacterial to coccoid in vitro.The coccoid form of Hp is uncultivable and considers as degenerate status.Hp culture media supplied with egg and bruth broth add with calf serum were used to cultivate Hp and revert coccoid of Hp to bacterial Hp,in order to find out the change regularity of bacterial Hp and coccoid Hp.The results show Hp can grow in liquid media in room temperature,and found 3 out 18 strains of coccoid Hp were revert to bacterial Hp. This study suggest that coccoid Hp reverting can may play an important rule in Hp infection and relapse.
