摘 要:以纳米炭黑改性酚醛树脂,研究不同的纳米炭黑含量对酚醛树脂烧蚀性能和热解性能的影响,采用透射电子显微镜(TEM)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对纳米炭黑粒子的分布进行表征,采用扫描电子显微镜观察复合材料烧蚀界面、X射线衍射表征复合材料烧蚀后炭化层的结构,采用热分析法(TGA和DTG)研究复合材料热解性能和热解动力学。研究结果表明,纳米炭黑粒子均匀分散于酚醛树脂中,使酚醛树脂的烧蚀性能得以提高;纳米炭黑对酚醛树脂热分解具有催化作用。Phenolic resin matrix was modified by adding nanometer carbon powder.The effect of the content of nanometer carbon powder on the ablative and thermal decomposition properties of the phenolic resin was studied.The distribution of carbon powder is characterized with TEM and SEM.The micro-appearance observation of the ablative surface of the phenolic resin was studied by SEM and the phenolic resin structure after ablation characterized by XRD. The thermal decomposition and thermal decomposition kinetics of the phenolic resin was studied by means of thermal analysis (TGA and DTG).The result shows that the ablative property of phenolic resin is increased with the nanometer carbon powder uniformly dispersed,and the nanometer carbon powder has a catalytic action on the thermal decomposition of phenolic resin.
