摘　　要：介绍了合钢新建2#高炉(380m3)采用的中型高炉炉顶串罐无料钟炉顶装置、蓄热能力高的球式热风炉、煤气干法(布袋)除尘设施、炉底"陶瓷杯"结构、水冷模块技术及"三电"计算机系统控制等一系列新技术,以改善高炉技术经济指标,实现高效、长寿、低耗之目的。A series of new technologies, such as serial type bell-less top with two coaxial vertical hoppers of medium BF top, pebble stove with high regenerative capacity, dry gas (bag) cleaning equipment, 'ceramic cup' structure of furnace bottom, water-cooling module technology and so on, which have been adopted in the newly built 2# BF (380m3) of He Steel are introduced in order to increase the technical-and-economic indexes of BF and hit the target of high efficiency, long campaign and low consumption.
