摘  要:用电阻法研究了合金结构和性能在恒温下发生的变化。包括特定温度淬火后,在 DO_3有序化温度区间内几个不同的温度保温;或者在选定的几个温度淬火后,在选定的一个温度保温。根据试验结果求出了合金的空位形成能和迁移能。讨论了有序化过程的元过程。在 B_2温度区间的电阻变化特征说明了铁铝原子间存在非金属性价键的特征。空位形成能和迁移能随含铝量增大而增加可能是由于合金中价键性加强的结果。The changes of structure and properties of alloy at constant tempe- rature were studied by electrical resistance measurement method.The experim- ents include:a)ordering at several temperatures in the range or DO_3 ordering after quenching from certain specific temperature,and b)ordering at a spe- cific temperature after quenching from several temperatures.From analysis of these results the energy of vacancy formation and migration in these alloys were obtained.The elementary course of ordering process is discussed.The nonmetallic valence bonding is suggested to be existed in Fe-Al alloy from the character of resistivity change in the B_2 temperature range.The energy of vacancy formation and migration increases with the increase of Al content in alloys.That the character of valence bonding becomes stronger is suggested to be the reason of this event.
